洗钱罪，是指明知是毒品犯罪、黑社会性质的组织犯罪、贪污贿赂犯罪、恐怖活动犯罪、走私犯罪等的违法所得及其收益 ，为掩饰、隐瞒其来源和性质，通过存入金融机构、投资或者上市流通等手段使非法所得收入合法化的行为。一、 本罪侵犯的客体是复杂客体，即他既侵犯了金融秩序，又侵犯了社会经济管理秩序，还侵犯了国家正常的金融管理 活动及外汇管理的相关规定； 　　二、洗钱罪在客观方面表现为： 　　 1、洗钱罪提供资金帐户； 　　 2、协助将财产转为现金或者金融票据； 　　 3、通过转帐或者其他结算方式协助资金转移； 　　 4、协助将资金汇往境外； 　　 5、洗钱罪以其他方式掩饰、隐瞒犯罪的违法所得及其收益来源和性质。
