TRYING TO FIGURE OUT OBAMA -- To many in the region, Washington’s approach to Iran seems dangerously confused. And there is also considerable unease in the Arab world at Washington’s adamant refusal to start a dialogue with Hezbollah or Hamas, unless they “recognize Israel’s right to exist.”
