Injuries have been reported from an early-morning fire at an apartment complex.Fire crews and police responded to an apartment building at 408 Wellington St. at about 5:30 a.m. Waterloo Police Lt. Al Carrier said the building was occupied when they arrived and tenants were evacuated.
