慢性咽炎的病因有哪些慢性咽炎是咽部粘膜、粘膜下层及淋巴组织的慢性炎症，常伴有其它上呼吸道疾病，是人群中十分常见的一种咽部疾病。据 我国有关资料统计，在城市慢性咽炎的发病率占所有咽部疾病的10%-20%，农村较低、占5.5%左右。慢性咽炎的病因有多方面，综合起来分为以下三类：外界因素：生活地域气候寒冷、干燥，工作环境空气被粉尘、化学气体 污染，烟酒、辛辣饮食长期刺激，以及由于职业因素而用声过多的人，都易得慢性咽炎。局部因素：急性咽炎反复发作，可转为慢性。邻近器官疾病，如慢性扁桃体炎、牙跟炎、龋齿、慢 性鼻炎、慢性鼻窦炎等炎性分泌物流入咽部，或慢性鼻病造成鼻通气困难而用口呼吸；以及咽部长期受刺激而呈慢性炎症改变。全身因 素：长期生活不规律；疲劳、精神紧张，使身体抵抗力下降；细菌和病毒容易反复感染。过敏体质的人对外界环境 、气候的改变过度敏感，容易感冒，引起咽炎。
