LOS ANGELES (AP) - The Los Angeles Times is reporting that the UCLA Medical Center provided liver transplants to four Japanese gang figures, including 1 of Japan's most powerful gang bosses, over a period when several hundred Los Angeles-area patients died while awaiting transplants.
