The Sayreville Recreation Department will continue to offer Zumba fitness classes on Monday nights at 7:40 p.m. at the Sayreville Upper Elementary School, Ernston Road. Zumba is a form of exercise that uses Latin dance rhythms. In addition to Zumba, there are interval, strength and Pilate classes. Each class is one hour. The sessions consist of eight classes for $60.
