Too little sleep may raise your diabetes risk. A new study found people who don't get enough shut eye are prone to abnormal blood sugar levels. Researchers said people in the study who got less than six hours of sleep were 4.5 times more likely to develop abnormal blood sugar readings than people who slept longer.
